This shortened week is honestly flying by. While I’m a little tired from my long weekend with Tina, I can’t complain!

Another Wednesday, another What I Ate Wednesday. Thanks Jenn for hosting!


Spooky Snacks and Healthy Halloween Treats


Breakfast 6:00 AM

1 egg + a ton of egg whites
roasted broccoli
ketchup and nutritional yeast

1/2 udi’s gluten free bagel
shmear of pumpkin
1-2 tbsp. peanut butter
1/2 banana

iced coffee

Lunch  11:15 AM

roasted potato broccoli and white bean soup
apple (the biggest one in the world)


Snack 3:30 PM

raisins and almonds
adora disk

Dinner 6:45 PM

mock chipotle bowl:

cilantro lime rice
refried beans
fajita vegetables

Snack will be something delicious like granola or a spoonful of peanut butter!
