When I think of Fall (which today is the first day of by the way) I think of all the smells, tastes, and feelings which go along with it.
One of the things I look forward to the most about fall is the food (of course). Savory dishes and sweet desserts are filled with specific flavors and scents that cannot be recreated at any other time.
In honor of fall, Stacey at Larabar has so graciously asked if I would be interested in hosting a giveaway just for you! I happily obliged, as you know Larabars are my all time favorite bar (cashew cookie, anyone?). This giveaway is open until Monday, September 27 at midnight. The winner will be announced on Tuesday. p.s…I think the meatloaf would be great if you put it in a pan…it might take 45-60 mins though in the oven..maybe not good for you….I’ve just never heard of meatloaf in a crockpot…stew or chilli, yes..but not the loaf
pp.s…have u heard about the new documentary ” superman..” (can’t remember full title) about the state of education in america? ….it gets me all riled up listening about this stuff…its just crazy to me the rotten education and healthcare system …(and I’m not even in the U.S…ha…)

I love roasted butternut squash in the fall! Pecan Pie and Carrot Cake are also two of my favorite fall flavors! The Larabar water-bottle would be awesome!!
My fave fall flavor is SQUASH! Pumpkin, acorn, butternut, etc. I also love maple a lot more in the fall than I do other times of the year

Hi! I don’t have a website but I have added you to my reader. I recently became interested in fitness/healthy eating blogs. My favorite fall flavor is pumpkin as a whole-it can be used in so many things. I am particularly a fan of pumpkin coffee, muffins, bars with cream cheese frosting, and pumpkin pecan shakes. Of course I probably shouldn’t leave out the pumpkin pie! Aside from more flavors, my favorite fall food is mashed potatoes. I love Thanksgiving and mashed potatoes remind me of that-and the getting together with loved ones around a warm meal!
Pecans!! That’s a flavor right? (I know everyone and their mother is gonna say pumpkin haha).
