You may remember a few months ago, I was working with Josh from JKS Productions on putting together a fun cooking video in my home. Josh has been hard at work putting together the first video we shot together. This video shows step by step instructions for one of my favorite recipes — Cheesy Chickpea Quinoa.
Thanks again for Josh from JKS Productions for working with me on this. Believe me when I say that Josh is an awesome photographer and videographer, and I definitely recommend his services to anyone living in the Chicago land area!

You are too fun! I really want to come over now!
he he! And I’m loving that mishapened spaghetti squash in the background.
Loved seeing you “live”
(your ring really is pretty!)
And not to forget, the dish sounds sooo tasty!
And now if anyone asks you if you have videos of you cooking, you do! Believe it or not, I get asked this quite a bit…and I don’t have any.
My hubs built his business in Chicago and lived there for 40 years before we left and is in advertising. I will ask him if he’s ever heard of the guy who did your video. He knows TONS of video guys there!
Wow, that’s so great
And the recipe looks really good too!
This is so great girl! You’re a natural.
Question: Do you cook with salt? I noticed you didn’t use any in your recipe which is probably a good thing but I can’t imagine not making any recipe without it.
I LOVE hearing your accent. Maybe my favorite thing about you!
gorgeous! love it! and i’m totally making that recipe tomorrow night!
Looovee this!!! You were awesome
Love this! Especially the theme music haha.
Do I foresee a future show on the Food Network?
WHOA. Let’s talk about how my MIND. IS. BLOWN. I have been pronouncing quinoa incorrectly for at least a year now. I feel like an idiot, and am now trying to rack my brain to figure out who in my life I’ve said this word to that has never corrected me and just laughed behind my back after I said it. THANK YOU for educating me on the correct pronunctiation.
Also, I spelled pronunciation wrong. I’m really NOT an idiot, I swear…
And that IS awesome - how have you been pronouncing it? I love it.
This is so embarrassing. I’ve been saying something along the lines of keen-o-ah. So not correct. I’m ashamed.
Awesome video!!
Aw! Look at you! Love the video. Makes me even more excited to see you in person…almost THIS year!
Ahh! Way to go girl! This came out great!….. The girl, the outfit, the food, the dishes, the uber clean kitchen, the step by step- you rocked it!!
CONGRATS on a job well done!
Congratulations!! That dish looks very tasty and easy too. I hope you make more videos!
I love this! You look great!
Wow I would never have imagined you with an accent! Are you originally from the south or do I just not know accents at all (entirely possible lol!). Love the vid!
You’re too funny! I’m a Chicagoan through and through!
I love your hair. You are so stinkin cute!
Looks great!
