Seeing that Rudi’s is by far my favorite pre-made gluten free bread, I was thrilled with Maggie from Rudi’s contacted me to see if I would be interested in spreading the word about this amazing giveaway they are holding!

One of my best friends was just diagnosed with celiac a few months ago, and I’ve been doing my best to cook for him whenever I can and support him, but I know it’s been a total adjustment for him. I’d love to be able to give him some coupons for gluten free stuff! Also, on a more selfish note, I have been living sans toaster for six months now, toasting my bagels in a frying pan on the stove, and heavens to betsy I would like a toaster of my own.
If you have not tried Rudi, you must! I make my favorite tuna sandwich with this bread, with a slice of swiss cheese, lightly toasted…. The bread definitaly makes the sandwich! Winning will remind me to add Rudi’s bread to my grocery list every week. I will see the cute toaster everyday, have the bag in my car and the coupons in my purse. Not to forget all of my healthy friends that come in and out of my house every week…. they will be curious to try this bread since the toaster will be sitting on my counter. Yumm.. I think i’m going to have a toasted Rudi Tuna swiss cheese sandwich for dinner.

I work in Gastroenterology, and I plan on doing more research on Celiac and a gluten-free diet. For this research, I plan on trying many GF products so that I can discuss them with my patients. This prize pack would be a great start for me!

I would LOVE to win this giveaway because I have decided to go gluten free after it became increasingly obvious that gluten was the main culprit in my digestive woes. While I love how going GF has made me much more creative in the kitchen, I miss sandwiches so much. There is just something so simple and wonderful about a sandwich and I think Rudi’s would be a great way to bring them back into my life!

Rudi’s is my absolute favorite GF bread! I literally celebrate the anniversary of the day I discovered it - July 17th
Before that, everything I ate tasted like sand and I had given up on ever eating good bread again.
I’ve recently gone completely gluten free. For about 9 months I ate a lot of gluten free ingredients like brown rice pasta, but occasionally ate wheat products, especially bread. Since going completely gluten free, one thing I miss are sandwiches! It is hard to find decent bread and sometimes all I want is a tasty, toasted, sandwich!
