1. I will not spoil anything for you if you have not watched Grey’s Anatomy’s season finale yet, but OH. MY.
2. Sometimes I wish I were the inventor of something amazing so I could be super cool.
3. I’ve still got my cold. And now the Husband is sick too. I didn’t believe him on Wednesday night until he blew his nose too hard and got a bloody nose (too much? whatever, I’ve had 4 in the last week). The poor guy always gets fevers when he gets sick. I never do, so I never knew our thermometer beeped all weird and turned red when someone has a fever over 100 degrees. It was kind of cool, minus the sick husband thing.
4. Larabar surprised me with a package of their new Uber bars on Wednesday. I was incredibly excited and broke into the Cherry Cobbler bar yesterday after school. I loved it. It’s crunchy, sweet, and full of whole nuts. I want like 7,000.
5. On Tuesday when I was babysitting, the little boy made us wear his Lego container as a hat. He was allowed to show his face for a picture, but I wasn’t. Is he trying to tell me something?
6. This week has been so crazy busy that I can’t wait until this weekend when I can sit on my couch… or complete all my students’ report cards since they’re due early next week.
7. Have I told you my graduate program got accepted this week? That means come August I’ll be back in school every Tuesday night getting my masters. Don’t even make fun of me for being excited. I love school.
8. Ashley sent me the sweetest package this week. I was having an… emotional week last week so she sent me a goodie box full of chocolate, larabars, and the cutest card.
ps – there is a possibility that we get to meet next weekend because she’s going to Michigan. I cannot even tell you how stinkin’ excited I am!!!!!

Thanks! When working in a school district, they’ll sometimes pay for a portion of it, but you have to get it approved. I’ve been nervous they wouldn’t approve it because of budget things.

I sometimes wish I could go back to school too, but then I pay more than our mortage in student loans for the month, and I don’t want anything to do with it again.
Oh yeah, we’re drowning in loans too, but I’m not taking out loans for this time around. We’re going to make it work.

I think I maybe mentioned once (on twitter) that I was looking at grad programs, but took the plunge this week!
I only just finished the 7th season of Grey’s, but now I’m so excited to get started on the 8th season so that I can find out what the heck everyone was talking about last night!!!

We start the last week in August. We were delayed a lite this year…only by a few days..because of a bad hurricane that hit and caused flooding in the school. It didn’t affect our last day(thank goodness). Some schools are in until like June 26!!!
I watched Grey’s last night, and there were a lot of gruesome parts to it. I was shocked about what happened as well!

Grey’s Anatomy finale was so intense!!! I was on the edge of my seat the whole time! I actually didn’t watch any other episodes before this, and just decided to tune in for the finale. Oops. I agree on the inventor thing, I always watch this show called Dragon’s Den where they have inventors come in and present their ideas to investors and OMG so good. Haha, I want to steal all of their ideas. Congrats on getting accepted into your graduate program! That is amazing news! What are you getting your Master’s in?

I actually love school too. Congratulations! I’m considering going back so that I can actually get a job instead of constantly being told that I’d be great, but don’t have enough experience in the field. Well, I’m not getting any experience and they usually waive that if you have a higher degree.

Please tell me you cried watching Grey’s. I felt like such a loser, but I totally had tears for about 50% of the season finale. I’m still wondering if more people get cut once next season airs. I guess we’ll have to wait and seeeeee!

1. So don’t hate me but…I didn’t love the grey’s finale! I felt like its just gotten a bit painful at this point with the catastrophes…and Christina pointing it out made it seem self-patronizing. The Private Practice finale on the other hand…
2. If you don’t watch Private Practice, put it on your to-do list. Its got all the good stuff of original grey’s with juicier (read: harder-to-tackle moral) issues.

ps i keep meaning to ask you (not sure if this is the right place so delete this comment if you want). do you use stevia?? i have been reading more and more about links between stevia and infertility/amenorrhea (google cautiously). i just wanted to bring it to your attention if you hadnt heard. i know youre doing acupuncture (so am i). and as i semi-told you previously, im having similar issues. anyway, i just quit stevia cold turkey. we shall see….
