I’m going to play a game called “I want to finish this post by 7 PM so I can watch my favorite shows tonight”. Ready…. go!

I know I say this every week – but for real? Wednesday already? These next two weeks are quite busy as we have report cards to finish and conferences as well. Thanksgiving break will be much needed soon!

Coffee – 1 pump pumpkin – coconut creamer at home

Pumpkin Oats topped with apples, raisins, and almond buttah

black bean soup (I used this recipe)

honeycrisp apple

crunchmaster crackers

Snack

about a zillion handfuls of trail mix.

I kid you not.

My meal plan went out the window tonight – no time to cook. Whoops!

Dinner

Salad

1/2 avocado

egg

hummus

microwaved potato

ketchup for dipping

OMG…your lunch looks fabulous! ;) Best thing I ate today was my banana egg pancake courtesy of Anne at FANNEtastic Food. Your dinner looks pretty great for dinner plans being thrown out the window.

The best thing I ate today was far and away my morning snack — peach & passion fruit flavoured Greek yogurt with a baked apple, sunflower seeds, and a huge dollop of PB. I’ve been eating it recently, but without the PB — have to say, I’m not going back to the old way!! ;)

my dinner that i just scarfed down! a thick piece of bread, toasted, covered in nutritional yeast + almond milk sauce, and two whole eggs on top! (with broccoli on the side) SO GOOD!

I made an AWESOME stuffed acorn squash for the first time ever!! I had it for lunch and took a picture, but I must admit yours looks much more appealing ;)

ps-I can NEVER be trusted with trail mix…………EVER

Black bean soup sounds so good. I need to give that recipe a try. I’ve been enjoying a wonderful salad combo recently so it was definitely the best thing I had today!

Wohoo for Wednesday night Tv! The only night I actually turn on the tv. Okay, your on the fly dinners are so similar to mine. Eggs and avocado, you can NEVER go wrong with that.
The best thing I ate today is waiting for me in the kitchen; pumpkin yogurt with gingerbread granola. Oh boy!

I’ve actually had lots of good food today. My black bean soup was pretty kickass at lunch, the veggie pizza I had for dinner was fantastic, and the cookie I just ate was pretty darn tasty!

Your lunch picture is hilarious…very creative! ;) The best thing I ate today was my “No Chicken” Chickpea Noodle Soup…it was delicious and reminded me of chicken noodle soup. I didn’t even miss the chicken :)

The trail mix looks really good! I am going to have to pick some up at the store tonight after seeing that…not something I ever think of getting when I am there.
The best thing I ate today was a bbq chicken chopped salad from Panera…so good!

My meal plan went out the window last night too. I was going to try a new recipe, but I didn’t read it properly before grocery shopping so I forgot to buy an ingredient! So I just made stir fry for dinner, which was probably the best thing I ate. Using Sunbutter in the sauce makes it SO good!

Best thing I ate yesterday was my fage yogurt with my homemade granola (soo goood)

I LOVE to make soup, I had homemade taco soup this week (and adding the Adobo pulled pork I made Sunday, since I have soo.much.pork!!)

I wish I had eaten a bunch of handfuls of trailmix today! I may have to steal my daughters m and m halloween candy and put myself together a batch…it really is so easy to make, not sure why i dont do it more. Well I do know, because i eat it like its going out of style!

Ohhh I tried an americano with 1 pump of pumpkin the other day and it was delicious!! Though I think that might have been my only chance since I saw it contains dairy- boo! But I have discovered a pumpkin tea that’s delicious! And the best thing I’ve had so far was an Udi’s GF muffin top! They are a little pricy but it was so nice to have something different for breakfast!

Best thing I ate was butternut squash white bean soup from a local organic market. Best part… I didn’t have to cook it! I love all things squash this time of year.
