Current Book
I’m getting through a few right now! I just started listening to The Silent Sister by Diane Chamberlain, and I love it. It’s a tad bit mysterious, which is always fun to look forward to finding things out.
I’m also reading I Shall be Near to You, which is set during the Civil War. I love historical fiction, so I’m liking it so far.
I just finished a few books as well, so be on the look out for another “recently read” post soon! 😉
Current TV Show
Has anyone watched the new show Secrets and Lies? It just aired on ABC a little over a week ago, and I have enjoyed it so far. It has me questioning just about everything about all the characters - every five minutes I feel like a new development occurs!
Other than that, I always love Scandal. My love for Olivia runs deep.
Current Excitement
This spring weather we are having! The skies are blue and there is spring in the air!
Other than that, all the new babies that are being born! I have had two friends that have had THREE babies within the last 48 hours (yes, one of them had twins!) and I have a few other friends/family members due within the next month. Gah, babies are the BEST!
Current Exercise
A mish mosh of just about everything. Some days I run, some days I do a video, some days I do nothing at all. 😉
Current Nail Color
I have absolutely no nail polish on right now. For some reason I can never bring myself to do my nails at home. Every time I try to, someone wakes up and my nails get ruined. I leave it up to the professionals.

Uptown Funk! There’s just something about that song that makes me want to dance - actually, I do dance. In my car. By myself. With others looking.
Current Outfit
Can I just share what I wore earlier? I doubt that you all want to hear about my flannel pajama pants and oversized t-shirt with snot all over the shoulder from Emerson crying on me. So, just get that image out of your head. Earlier I wore black skinnies, a white top, and leopard flats
Current Food
Mexican food! I have a hard time not planning more than one Mexican meal every week - this week it’s Enchilada Quinoa. Yum!
Current Drink
Iced coffee. Now that it’s above -5 degrees out in the morning, I’ve been loving my coffee cold. Plus, Dunkin Donuts has their afternoon iced coffees for 99 cents again. I’m a sucker for that afternoon pick me up!
Current Indulgence
I don’t really think of it as an indulgence, but I’ve been loving peanut butter with chocolate chips these days. I have some every night!

I can never say enough good things about our photographer, Mandy. She is the BEST! She is somehow always able to get the best shots out the most chaotic situations. I can’t wait to see the rest of the pictures she snapped!
