You guys seriously rock. I can’t wait to share my survey results with you sometime next week and give you some of my ideas for future posts. One thing that was quite evident is that you guys like recipes and you enjoy meal plans and ideas for different meals. Good thing I had this post planned for today ahead of time!
One thing I like about preparing meals every day is that it doesn’t have to be extravagant or too time consuming. It can take under 30 minutes and be delicious as all get out.
I’ve collected a variety of recipes for you all to look through – a few of mine, but mostly ones that I have found and am dying to try. Some of you on my survey noted that while I am eating meat, you were hoping I could share more vegetarian or vegan recipes. Your wish is my command! While they’re not my own, I have a good mix of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals on this slide show. Hopefully I have pleased all crowds with this round up.
Oh, did I forget to mention the best part? All of these meals only require one pot. ONE! Do you know how much I love that? That means there are less dishes to wash and more time for me to play with my babes before bedtime. Music to my ears. Win. Win. Win.
