Hey Chelsey
My company has a new probiotic vitamin that I would like you to try complimentary.
It’s good stuff.
Let me know if your interested and we will ship it to you.
If you shoot me an email with more information, I will be happy to discuss this!
Congrats on all your great running work! I just completed my first half marathon and am still so proud of my achievement, great work for your half and 10km and especially training for your full. I hope to tackle that big task one day x
Do you know any other good marathons on the west coast? Im looking to do as many as i can this year!

My goal is to run a half marathon this year. I have no idea how to even begin training… Any suggestions?

Hi Chelsey!
I just came across your blog and noticed you were preggo with twins! First off, congratulations! Second, I am curious if you were advised to cut down on your exercise regimin while TTC. I myself was diagnosed with Hypothalamic amenorrhea last August, something caused by stresses induced most commonly by restricted diet and exercise. Because my husband and I are TTC, I was told to cut out all major activity and gain weight. Here I am 12lbs later…anyway, just curious as I have a feeling we will need to see an endocrinologist shortly. Thanks in advance!
I did do that last year, and it definitely helped with my cycles! Good luck!
I woundered if u have and snack kid friendly recipes free of gluten, cow dairy, eggs, and corn.
I have a very picky 2 1/2 yr old who has a very sensitive stomach and can not handle any of these items.
Thank you for your time.
