Im curious if you use a good probiotic? my daughter has acne and i just took her off of the antibiotic she was taking the past two years. i just couldnt stomach it anymore. although it did help her acne she started to vomit on some mornings, her skin dried out so much and she started to have eczema patches all over her body. I read that she needs to take a good probiotic every day and Im wondering what a Good Probiotic is??

Hi Chelsey!

I just came across your blog and noticed you were preggo with twins! First off, congratulations! Second, I am curious if you were advised to cut down on your exercise regimin while TTC. I myself was diagnosed with Hypothalamic amenorrhea last August, something caused by stresses induced most commonly by restricted diet and exercise. Because my husband and I are TTC, I was told to cut out all major activity and gain weight. Here I am 12lbs later…anyway, just curious as I have a feeling we will need to see an endocrinologist shortly. Thanks in advance!

I did do that last year, and it definitely helped with my cycles! Good luck!

Hi Chelsea,
Just out searching for twin blogs and I came across yours. I am current preggo with twins, 33 weeks, and I was wondering how long it took you to get back to running after you had them? I am crazy and signed up for a 1/2 marathon 8 months from now…I used to run them all them time until I got preggo, last one was when I was 8 weeks but I kept running until i was 24 weeks. Do you think its possible to do one that soon? I am afraid I will be too tired to train and I have no idea what raising twins will be like! Any thoughts?

Thanks for your help!
Amy
