Is it seriously Wednesday already? I feel like it was just a few days ago I was typing up my last WIAW post. I’m attempting to watch my Wednesday night line up while typing this, so it might not make much sense — The Middle is too good to pass up!
I don’t know about you guys, but I have been SO hungry this week. Like, scrounging through my desk after lunch and wishing for about five afternoon snacks instead of one. I’ve been running more than I have in the last oooh 10 months, so maybe that has something to do with it! I need to start learning to pack more food. I forgot how hungry running can make you!
And I am pretty sure I’m going to turn into a piece of chocolate — OBSESSED with anything chocolatey right now.
1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1-1/2 cup liquid
1/4 cup egg whites
1 tbsp. chocolate sun warrior
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
coffee with coconut french vanilla creamer

On the way home, I kind of had a ridiculous road rage experience. It was raining outside and I think people thought it was like blizzarding outside. It took me over an hour when it should have taken me 20 minutes from where I was at. Ugh. Seriously.
